久喜支部長の鈴木でございます。

居合道久喜支部は平成6年（1994年）5月に発足、本年（2023年）で29年目を迎えます。当初杉戸支部で長本寿範士から指導を受けていた岩部澄、田中昇両先生が独立する形で久喜支部を創りました。設立以来、両先生の指導、埼剣連居合道部の先生方の指導を受け多数の有段者が誕生し大会でも実績を上げて参りました。　

皆さん、私たちと一緒に居合道を始めてみませんか。

当支部では基礎を大切にした稽古を行っており、入門者にはそれぞれの体力や能力に合った無理のない懇切丁寧な指導を行っております。

近年、私たちを取り巻く情勢は何かと心落ち着かない時代になって参りました。

居合道は500年以上の歴史を経て、奥の深い日本文化を含有した武道であります。

居合道を継続して学ぶことにより、体力や健康維持向上のみならず心豊かで充実した生活をおくることが期待されます。

現在初心者、経験者を問わず部員募集中です。どうぞ一度見学に来てください。

Introduction of the Kuki Branch

Greetings,

I am Nobuo　Suzuki, the head of the Kuki Branch.

The Iaido Kuki Branch was founded in May 1994, marking its 29th　year in 2023. Originally, it was established by instructors Kiyoshi Iwabe and Noboru Tanaka , who had received guidance from Master  Toshinori Nagamoto at the Sugito Dojo and later decided to establish the　Kuki Branch. Since its inception, under the guidance of these two instructors ,and numerous dan holders have been produced, achieving success in competitions.

We invite all of you to consider starting your Iaido journey with us. At our branch, we place great importance on foundational practice and provide thorough and considerate instruction tailored to the physical abilities and capacities of each beginner.

Iaido, with a history　spanning over 500 years, is a martial art that contains the deep essence of Japanese culture. Continuing to learn Iaido is expected to not only improve physical fitness and health but also lead to a richer and more fulfilling life.

We are currently open for new members, regardless of whether you are a beginner or have experience.
